Student Housing Survey
State University is exploring ways to improve housing for students living on campus. This survey is designed to learn about your housing needs and how we may best meet these needs. Please take the time to complete this survey by April 7, 2003.
We encourage you to take the time to fill out the survey (even if you are not interested in living on campus or not in need of housing assistance at this time). Your time and cooperation in completing the questionnaire is greatly appreciated.
As an incentive, the University will award a $200 check to three randomly selected students who complete and submit the survey on time. To be eligible, you must fill in the award form that will pop up after you have submitted your survey.

An outside consulting firm will handle all replies and all survey information will remain confidential.
