Following are two floor plans for new apartment-style housing. The housing will be located along University Avenue at the intersection of Franklin Street. Assume that all units are furnished, and all prices include cable TV and high speed internet access. Utilities and local phone service are not included in the rent. Leases will be for 12 months; subletting in the summer will be allowed. Common amenities would include outdoor swimming pool, sand volleyball, tennis courts, and retail shops with bars and restaurants. Please rank the following two floor plans, selecting not more than one as "preferred".
